Postage

Shipping rates include:

  1. £4.50 for small parcels
  2. FREE delivery on orders over £60 and for all subscription boxes

Redelivery Fee

Any orders that are returned due to missed deliveries will incur a fee to redeliver (£4). Please note, Royal Mail will only hold orders at your local depot for a certain amount of time before returning back to us. It is your responsibility to track your order once it has been dispatched and arrange your redelivery through Royal Mail if you missed it. We will not be held liable for any returned orders.

If you wish to cancel an order that has been returned due to missed delivery then you will be refunded the cost of your order minus postage costs (£4). If your order qualified for free delivery then you will still be subject to an admin fee to redeliver or the admin fee will be deducted from your refund (£4) if you decide to cancel your order.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you have made an error on your order so that we can resolve the issue prior to shipment.

If you are a subscriber and need to change/update your delivery details then this must be done prior to your payment being processed for your next subscription box.

Order Cancellations

If you have made an order but wish to cancel it, please email hello@thelittlesensorybox.com as soon as possible.

Please note - any order cancellations (that are requested by the customer) will be refunded for the total order amount minus a 3% cancellation fee. For example, if a customer wishes to cancel an order totalling £60, they would be refunded £58.73 in total.

The reason for this is because as a business, we are charged a 3% fee to our website provider on all orders received. Unfortunately, this fee is non-returnable to us, even if an order is cancelled and refunded to the customer. Therefore, any orders that wish to be cancelled by the customer due to their own error, must bear the 3% fee. There are no other additional admin fees on top of this. We hope that you can understand our reasons for this. 

Shipping Times

Standard orders are dispatched within 2-5 working days and subscription boxes are dispatched within 2-7 working days. Working days do not include weekends.

All standard orders and subscription boxes are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and should arrive within 2 working days from dispatch. However this is not guaranteed, delays once dispatched are out of our control and we kindly ask you to be patient at this time and wait a minimum of 10 working days (after dispatch) for an order to arrive before you contact us for replacements or refunds. No refunds or replacements will be issued until this timeframe has passed. 

We dispatch some products directly from our suppliers. These items may have longer processing times. Please refer to the product description. 

We dispatch orders daily (Mon-Fri). In the event of an unforeseen delay in processing/dispatching your order, we will contact you to make you aware as to the reason and offer a solution. 

We ask that you please be patient during any delays, we will continue to work around the clock to get your orders out to you, but unfortunately delays are out of our control.
